Fragment
Telegram's platform on the TON blockchain for collectible usernames and numbers, gifts, Stars and Premium, and for payments around advertising: topping up the self-serve Telegram Ads cabinet in Gram, withdrawing ad rewards for channel owners and funding Suggested Posts. Fragment may require identity verification (KYC) for some operations. It has no public developer API; third-party "Fragment API" services work through the user's web session or seed phrase.
